GSK wanted to make the Panadol Osteo brand synonymous with easy everyday movement and wellbeing, build an online community of osteoarthritis sufferers, and drive people to sign up to their loyalty programme.
Pusher conducted UX, social listening and an extensive content audit, to develop a responsive CMS-enabled, SEO-optimised site targeting our key demographic.
Since its launch in July there has been a 60% increase in signups to the programme. The site is an ongoing evolving platform; next year will be the addition of a personlisation layer and a blog to increase repeat visits and further drive SEO.
