Challenges

In 2012 Goodlife Health Clubs felt the need for a new brand to reflect the in-club experience and differentiate them from the sudden crop of 24-hour gyms. We were tasked with translating the new “Fits With You” brand into a multi channel entity.

Response

As well as making buying memberships easier, we made the Goodlife experience more useful for existing members; providing online destinations that could be personalised to their fitness needs. Members now have access to their favourite clubs and timetables as well as class locators and availability, they can also log workouts and build fitness planners whilst challenging friends and broadcasting achievements. Innovative referral mobile activations along with geo targeted display all works hard to ‘Fit with You’.

Results

The website saw the bounce rate decrease by 25%, visit duration increased by 35% and page views doubled.
